A well received tradition at Montclair is the annual Culture Fair. Many of our families take part in representing all aspects of their cultures. A favourite component has been the preparing and sharing of their cultural dishes.

We received a great deal of positive feedback as well as requests for various recipes of foods that had been served during that evening. In response, we have put together a Montclair “Around the World Recipe Book” that we are pleased to share with our school community.
