Parent Volunteers

Welcome to Montclair Public School. We have many opportunities for parents and members of the school community to volunteer in our school. Our school is well known for the wonderful volunteers we have had over the years. Again this year we are asking for your help and involvement.

If you are interested in volunteering in the school, please complete both sides of the Montclair Volunteer Information form and check off any jobs you would be interested in helping with. Return both pages to the school as soon as possible.

To volunteer in our school, each potential volunteer must submit a Criminal Background Check with a Vulnerable Sector Screening. The form is available at the Police Station. Please note that the Check must be received within six (6) months before the date the Board collects the document.

Returning volunteers to Montclair with a Criminal Background Check with Vulnerable Screening on file at the school, will be required to complete a NEW Annual Offence Declaration. This completed form will be kept on file at the school. You can get this form from the office or download it under Forms & Files.
